López is a new media conceptual artist and researcher, specialising in science, biotechnology, web3.0, interactives and digital art.
Solimán has a résumé that is second to none. His many accomplishments include being the founder of the HARDDISKMUSEUM, Innovation Director at ESAT – Escuela Superior de Arte y Tecnología and artist at the Institute for Future Technologies (Pole DeVinci, Paris).
Most recently Solimán has been working in the Amazon on his new project ‘Capside’, the inaugural collection for the Pineal Museum, of which he is also the founder.
He develops his work by applying and analysing technology from both a conceptual and technical point of view. This informs the creation of his digital art, performances, interactive and multimedia pieces, investigating the social changes obtained by the tech revolution paradigm and the new language proposed by the digital debate.
Born in northern Spain and now living in Paris, López is well known for his work related with the meaning of digital files.
